Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Elevate applications and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account. The Service is intended for personal trainers, nutritionists, gym operators, and the clients they work with.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions

Paid features are billed through the app store where you installed the app. Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. Refunds follow the policy of the relevant app store.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unauthorized access, no scraping, no content that is illegal, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others. The Service is not a substitute for medical advice; training and nutrition plans produced with the Service are created by the professionals using it, not by us.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
