Frequently asked questions
What does the free plan include?
Up to 3 patients, meal plans with live macros and ISAK anthropometry. It is free forever.
What happens when I reach the limit?
You cannot add more patients until you move to Pro. The patients and plans you already have stay in your account.
Can I try Pro without a card?
Yes. Coach and Nutri Pro include a 7-day free trial and Gym a 14-day one, and no card is needed to start. If you do not add one before the trial ends, it simply ends and you are not charged.
How do I cancel? Are there refunds?
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. There are no refunds for partial or unused periods.
Which currency am I charged in?
It depends on your country: Argentine pesos (ARS) in Argentina, euros (EUR) in Europe and US dollars (USD) everywhere else.
Are desktop and mobile apps both included?
Yes. One subscription covers the desktop app and the mobile app of the product, and both work offline.
