Frequently asked questions
What does the free plan include?
Gym has no free plan. You try everything free for 14 days, with no card, and then choose whether to subscribe.
What happens when I reach the limit?
If the trial ends without a subscription, your gym becomes read-only and your data is kept.
Can I try Pro without a card?
Yes. Coach and Nutri Pro include a 7-day free trial and Gym a 14-day one, and no card is needed to start. If you do not add one before the trial ends, it simply ends and you are not charged.
How do I cancel? Are there refunds?
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. There are no refunds for partial or unused periods.
Which currency am I charged in?
It depends on your country: Argentine pesos (ARS) in Argentina, euros (EUR) in Europe and US dollars (USD) everywhere else.
Are desktop and mobile apps both included?
Yes. One subscription covers the desktop app and the mobile app of the product, and both work offline.
