Delete your Elevate account

This page explains how to delete your account in Elevate Coach, Elevate Nutri and Elevate Gym, the apps published by Capsule Codes. One Elevate account works across the three apps.

Developer: Capsule Codes. Apps: Elevate Coach, Elevate Nutri and Elevate Gym.

Option 1: delete it from the app

  1. Open Elevate Coach, Elevate Nutri or Elevate Gym and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. In the Danger zone section, tap Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm and confirm the deletion. You need an internet connection to complete it.

Option 2: ask us by email

If you cannot use the app, you can ask us to delete your account.

  1. Write to elevate@capsulecodes.com from the email address of the account.
  2. Use a subject such as “Delete my account”.

What is deleted and what is kept

  • Deleted: your account and the personal data linked to it are permanently deleted from our servers. This cannot be undone.
  • May remain: records you created in another person’s file (for example, a measurement you took as a nutritionist) may stay in that person’s file without being linked to you.
  • Kept by Stripe: Stripe keeps payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
  • Backups: copies in our providers’ backups are removed as those backups expire.
  • Before you delete: if you are the only owner of a gym, you first need to transfer it or close it.
  • Before you delete: if you have a paid subscription, cancel it from your account on byelevate.app first.
